Election 2006

Ding dong the witch is dead!! You don't know how giddy I feel this morning watching the Republican empire crash and burn! Perhaps now, we can get some things done and undone. Perhaps daily life issues important to us all will be given front burner status instead of the divisive variety; the type I liken to rearranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic. Sure, abortion and same-sex marriage are important issues. But, if you're interested in employment, education, the environment, crime, etc., the former pales in comparison. Well, at least to me.
