End Of An Era

After over 17 years of faithful and close to trouble free service, the Nurse family said goodbye to old Betsy: our 1990 Nissan Stanza. It was the first car my wife and I had as a married couple. A lot of good and bad times were linked to that car and we got close to 300,000 miles on it. We donated it to WAMU's Vehicle Donation Program. It was really fast and painless. It was so fast that the tow truck driver came and picked up Betsy before I could get last farewell photos. Oh well.
